Engage Local Authorities to manage approval & certification process.

Hold gated commissioning design reviews during construction phase to enable a seamless transition into the commissioning progress

Diligently report progress, risk and mitigation strategies bi weekly to our client with the view to forward thinking a proactive project delivery strategy

Always prioritize project harmony by maintaining a team based approach within a professional & solution focused atmosphere at all stages of the project cycle with all key Stakeholders
